SILENCE is good

Hi! ahahaha .. it's already 2.22am when i start typing this entry. fuhhhh .. still can't sleep actually. so, better i share with all of you something interesting here. i just got a email from someone. it's all about Self-esteem actually. Al-maklum laa saya nii kurang keyakinan diri .. jujur i cakap T_T


Alright .. just read this dear .. SILENCE IS GOOD :) 


Hi Rann,


Sometimes life just gets too much, don't you agree? Do you ever
feel that you can't make clear decisions because your brain is
tired and confused?



You need to take care of yourself when life challenges you. One
thing I always find helpful is the power of silence.



I experienced it only a few times but it is really something that
makes a big difference.



It is often difficult to find a quiet place - if you are lucky
enough to live near an open space such as a forest or mountain or
the countryside away from the city then take advantage of the
silence. Sometimes we need to shut our brains down, breath gently
and stop thinking. Noise prevents you from doing this.



So go somewhere silent. Not just quiet, but silent if you can.
The silence will rest you. Certain sounds in nature are also
restful so birds or water are not a problem but if you can find
absolute silence it will work its magic on you. Close your eyes
and stop thinking, relax for a while and rest.



If you do this it will bring you energy and clarity and help you
become stronger.



Self hypnosis is a natural way to improve yourself or combat
fears and works best when you relax.



Look after yourself and refresh your mind and this will help you
in your life.

So guys .. i really admit that's silence is the most best way and the best weapon in certain thing. who agree? Oohh thank you. nah gule-gule :p. huehuehue.


I always took this way of solution in some situation. Bila something yang membuatkan hati ini terguris .. marah .. geram .. terasa hati and etc. Saya akan lebih sula berdiam .. Bila marah, DIAM. Bila kecik hati, DIAM. lebih suka diam dari menghamburkan segalanya. Berdiam diri boleh menghindarkan segala yang tak elok berlaku. Berdiam diri bukan bermakna kita mengalah sayang .. sebenarnya, kamu lah yang paling kuat .. :')


Saya bila marah .. tarik napas, ketap gigi .. bila tindakan ini tidak membantu, teros pegi toilet nangesss! T____T heheee. lepaskan segalanya kat dalam bilik kecik tuu. haaaa yang ini sangat membantu. kahkahkah. sila try yer :p. lepas tuu, taknak lagi ingat tentang hal tuu. just for a while! at least we all tak fening and sakit aty lagi ingat tentang hal tuu kan. hekhek. So, that's trully ME MYSELF .. 


It's okay .. mungkin cara sebegitu lebih membantu .. SEMOGA..! yang paling penting, stay strong .. SABAR ITU INDAH .. kan? i love that words since I Form 6 dulu .. hikhik :D. SABAR itu susah, SABAR itu sakit, SABAR itu stress .. tetapiii .. SABAR itu indah ..


All of us are FRIENDS kan? kahkahkah. ayat dah cam budak sekolah dahh. maknanya otak I dah bebal dahhhhh. oke oke, sabar yer. bertahan untuk sekejap jer lagi. nak abes dah nii.muehehe.  tak heran lah dah bebal dan sebal .. almost 3am! haiyakkkk -..-" .. 


Jangan cepat menilai mereka yang ada di depan mata .. orang kata, tak kenal maka tak cinta. kan? hahaha. aiyooo .. seems like i dah lack of idea dah. okelah okelah .. ran setop di sini.


Apepon, percayalah akan 1 nii ...


Mata yang memandang tak sama dengan hati yang menafsir. Hati yang menafsir tak sama dengan akal yang berfikir ...

Lihatlah mereka dengan MATA HATI .. kerna mata hati tidak pernah menipu. Jangan jadi buta hati pulak yerr.
